​Ruth is a proud mother and grandmother whose greatest accomplishments are earning her Master’s Degree and welcoming her son, Scott, into the world. She now enjoys the joy of three wonderful grandchildren. She’s also a lifelong sports fan. Her favorite NBA player is Tyler Hansbrough from the UNC Tar Heels, and one of her cherished gifts is a framed jersey her son surprised her with for Christmas. When she’s not cheering on her favorite team, Ruth enjoys puzzles, crossword searches, and action-packed or lighthearted comedy movies.
