James demonstrates his compassion and genuine care for the residents every day. As the Supervisor of Maintenance, his character shines through in all his actions. His appreciation for people began long before his time at Stonehenge, as he spent countless hours in construction under the relentless heat. Throughout his life, James has consistently dedicated himself to providing the best for others, and the staff, residents, and their families all recognize his commitment to his work.
He truly does it all for them.

James typical workday involves inspecting each building to ensure there are no issues, addressing individual resident requests, and surveying the grounds to maintain a pleasant appearance.
